I.Overview:
Thevacuum induction melting furnace uses the principle of intermediatefrequency induction heating to melt and vacuum cast metal in avacuum state or under the protection of inert gas.
Thisvacuum induction melting furnace is of intermittent structure witha rated capacity of 500 kg. Under vacuum (or inert atmosphere)conditions, different metals such as superalloys,nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, stainless steel, steel,iron, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lithium, and titanium alloys canbe smelted.
Inthe smelting process, without affecting the vacuum of the smeltingvacuum chamber, temperature measurement, supplementary feeding,alloy feeding and sampling can be realized. Auxiliary functionssuch as mold heating.
