With our 30 years of experience asexperts in vacuum technology, coupled with our know-how in thechemistry of phenyl-methyl-polysiloxanes (PMPS), we have been ableto continuously develop our silicone oil, so that we can offer toyou the highest diffusion pump oil available.

INDOMET TETRA has been specially developed for use in diffusionpumps. Our oil is suitable for all types of diffusion pumps. It isdesigned for a very wide vacuum pressure range. The vapor pressureand backflow are so low that the use of cold traps is not requiredfor most vacuum applications. Ultra-high vacuum up to the 10E-9mbar range can be achieved with cold traps, without cold traps upto the 10E-8 mbar range.
