BumbleBee®is a 400 MHz, 1 kV CAT III high-voltage, differential probe, thatcan be used with any

oscilloscope or device providing 50 Ω termination. The probe isvery effective in power device evaluation such as measurements inIGBT circuits used in design of motor drives, switching powersupplies and

frequencyconverters.

BumbleBee®is also very effective in fast transient measurements withbandwidths up to 400 MHz.

It providesa 4-mode-attenuation which allows higher resolution measurements.The probe provides overload indicators for each channel as well asthe differential output. They make it easy to observe, if the probeis working in the specified range.

The probealso provides an active offset correction in a range of ±3 V,related to the output voltage, with a resolution of 15 Bit.Utilizing lowest ppm components available, the probe offersexceptional stability.

Especiallylong term measurements profit from such low drifts at varyingtemperatures.

Anotherfeature is the probechannel identifier, providing a channelindicator LED.

BumbleBee®works in conjunction with PMK Power SuppliesPS-02 and PS-03.Not only does a BumbleBee benefit from such a liaison, due to itshigh- components, convection-cooling and high stability, butalso utilizes the Power Supply as an interface. The freesoftware"PMK Probe Control"lets the user see and editsettings of probes connected to such a Power Supply.
