CFD系列充填封口机-2
果冻封口机，该系列机型是CFD系列机型的升级版，适用果冻、饮料、巧克力、龟苓膏、奶茶等充填封口。机架采用不锈钢方管制作，敞开式结构方便清洁，符合GMP车间的卫生标准。
工艺流程：落杯→自流充填→液面控制→刮气泡→放膜→日期打印→平封口→光电纠偏→线纹封口→剪切→收膜→制品顶出。可选配：下果肉、卫生罩。
气动、电器元件选用国内外知名品牌。
CFD Series Filling and Sealing Machine
The series model is the upgraded edition of the CFD series Filling and Sealing Machine.
The frame is made of stainless steel rectangular pipe,open type structure, easy to clean ,it reaches the sanitation standard of GMP workshop.
The Technical Processing:cups-falling →gravity flow&filling → liquid-level control →air bubble Scraping →film putting → date coding →flat sealing → sensor adjusting→ cord design sealing → cutting → film rewind →finished products out.
For the device for the pulp-putting & sanitary cover on the machine can be chosen.
